Ayodokun Ogunba is a trained accounting graduate from the Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, Ogun state. He also holds an M.B.A. degree specializing in Marketing from the Lagos State University . With 13 years cognate post-qualification experience in banking, auditing and internal controls design and review, he is seasoned and brings valuable experience to the team.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). An Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), he is also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors . At different stages of his career, he worked in managerial capacities in the hospitality industry (B-Jays Hotel), Sales & services (KewalramChanrai), auditing firms (Sunny Okon& Co and PricewaterhouseCoopers), the bank (Cooperative Development Bank (now FCMB), the capital market (Intercontinental Capital Markets Limited) and currently the oil industry ( MRS formerly Chevron Oil Nigeria Plc).

He specializes in Financial Advisory, Business Process Redesign, SOX Readiness/Evergreen Process review and Internal Controls. He is currently the CEO of ChrEstherConsulting Limited.
